WorkIt (operated by Prope3 Solutions Ltd, "we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data from gym administrators, trainers, and gym members in Nigeria, in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve our services:
- Members: Full name, email, phone number, location data (for gym discovery), and gym check-in/visit logs.
- Gym Admins & Trainers: Full name, email, phone number, gym details, and bank account information (for payout setups).
- Payment Details: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner. WorkIt does not store your credit card or bank account credentials on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data for the following purposes:
- To set up and manage your accounts.
- To facilitate gym search, check-ins, and membership verification.
- To process payments and coordinate payouts to gyms.
- To send operational messages, transactional receipts, and reminders.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to run the platform:
- Payment Processors: To process secure transactions and execute merchant payouts.
- Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure Providers: For secure database storage and server hosting.
- Map and Notification Services: For location-based gym discovery and push notifications.
5. Your Rights Under NDPR
As a data subject in Nigeria, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request corrections to inaccurate personal data.
- Request the deletion or anonymization of your account and related data.
- Object to or restrict the processing of your personal data.

6. Data Retention
We retain active account data for as long as your account exists. Deleted accounts will have their personal identification details securely anonymized within 30 days. Financial and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with Nigerian financial and tax regulations.
